Sottoscritto con Vodafone contratto di licenza per il Video on Demand in Grecia

L'accordo evidenzia la forza del gruppo nei new media e nell'IPTV

6 marzo 2017 – Mondo TV S.p.A. annuncia di aver sottoscritto con Vodafone Grecia un accordo di licenza per 14 serie animate per un totale di 174 ore di trasmissione televisiva. La licenza ha durata di 1,5 anni e autorizza il licenziatario alla trasmissione dei programmi licenziati in lingua greca sulla televisione via internet Vodafone TV in modalità Video on Demand sia per il fisso che per dispositivi mobili.

Benché il corrispettivo di licenza, se considerato in sé, sia di importo non particolarmente significativo, il contratto rappresenta una ulteriore espansione nei new media e nell'IPTV, settore ad elevato tasso di crescita; Vodafone rappresenta un primario operatore nel settore ed obiettivo del gruppo è replicare l'accordo anche in altri paesi coperti dalla rete Vodafone.

Mondo TV executed with Vodafone an agreement for Video on Demand in Greece

This agreement highlights the strength of the group in new media and IPTV

6 March 2017 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs to have executed with Vodafone Greece a license agreement for 14 animated series for a total broadcasting of 174 hours. The license has 1,5 years duration, and authorizes the licensee to broadcast the programs in Greece through the internet channel Vodafone TV, for home and mobile devices in Video On Demand.

Even if the license fee, if considered on a standalone basis, is not particularly relevant, the agreement represents a further agreement in the IPTV and new media, that represent a high growth rates sector.

Vodafone is a leading operator in this market, and target of the group for the next future is to extend the agreement in other countries covered by the Vodafone network.
