Milano, 6 marzo 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 27 febbraio al 3 marzo n. 445.721 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2573 per un controvalore complessivo di € 560.400,20.

Milan, March 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 27 and March 3 it bought back 445,721 own shares at an average price of € 1.2573, for a total amount of € 560,400.20.
