FINCANTIERI: AMENDMENT TO THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR 2017

Rome, March 10 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2016 will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 instead of Thursday March 30, 2017 as previously announced.

The calendar of corporate events for 2017 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any further amendments to the corporate events calendar.
