COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 20 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 13 and 17 it bought back 1,473,113 own shares at an average price of € 0.5347, for a total amount of € 787,635.47.
