Milan, 21 March 2017 – In addition to the Company's announcement on 17 March 2017 and in relation to today's presentation for Borsa Italiana's Star Conference 2017, RCS MediaGroup has announced the following:

• revenue from third party publishers for contracts terminated at the beginning of 2017 totalled approximately EUR 32 million in 2016;

• the revenue expected for 2017 ranges from EUR 940 to 950 million, with growth equal to around 1% over the previous year (excluding the aforesaid revenue from the terminated contracts);

• efficiency measures for 2017 are forecast to be between EUR 42 and 46 million; therefore, considering the announced efficiency measures acquired for 2016 for over EUR 71 million, the aggregate savings for the 2016-2017 two year period would be between EUR 113 and 117 million.
