FINANCIAL REPORT

for H1 2022 and for Q2 2022 ended June 30, 2022

The main highlights of the Q2 2022 results from continuing operations are:

Group level:

• Revenue increased by 19.1% up to EUR 370.4 million and RGU's reached 19.4 million from 16.8 million in Q2 2021:

Romania:

Mobile users reached 4.5 million an increase of 15.8% in comparison to Q2 $\bullet$ 2021. Fixed broadband users grew by 11.9% to a total of 4.0 million;

Spain:

The number of mobile users increased by 29.0% up to 3.4 million. Fixed $\bullet$ broadband customers doubled in the year ending Q2 2022 to a total of 658 thousand users;
