San Donato Milanese, 21 marzo 2017 – Saipem comunica le seguenti variazioni al calendario finanziario 2017, rispetto a quanto precedentemente annunciato al mercato.
Vengono posticipate al giorno successivo alle riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione, le cui date rimangono invariate, la diffusione dei comunicati stampa (alla mattina a Borsa chiusa) e le conference call per la presentazione dei risultati alla comunità finanziaria, secondo le seguenti modalità:

Non intervengono altre variazioni rispetto a quanto indicato nel comunicato stampa del 16 dicembre 2016 con ad oggetto il "Calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2017".

San Donato Milanese, March 21, 2017 – Saipem announces the following changes to the 2017 financial calendar with respect to what was previously announced to the market.
The following items have been moved to the day after the meeting of the Board of Directors (the dates of which remain unchanged): press releases (which will be issued in the morning, prior to the opening of markets); conference call for the presentation of results to the financial community. The new calendar is as follows:
First quarter results at March 31, 2017:
April 20, 2017 – Meeting of the Board of Directors April 21, 2017 – Press release and conference call
Second quarter results and interim financial report at June 30, 2017:
July 24, 2017 – Meeting of the Board of Directors
July 25, 2017 – Press release and conference call
Third quarter results at September 30, 2017:
October 23, 2017 – Meeting of the Board of Directors October 24, 2017 – Press release and conference call
There are no other changes with respect to the press release of December 16, 2016 "Financial calendar 2017".
