POSTE ITALIANE: THE REMUNERATION REPORT, THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE SHORT-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN 2017 AND THE CONNECTED EXPLANATORY REPORTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, March 23, 2017 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the explanatory reports on the ninth item ("Short-term equity-based incentive plan for 2017 for BancoPosta Ring-Fenced Capital's Material Risk Takers") and on the tenth item ("Remuneration report") of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane – that will take place on April 27, 2017 on single call – are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/ Shareholders' Meeting 2017/Documentation and reports), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

The Information document related to the "Short-term equity-based incentive plan for 2017 for BancoPosta Ring-Fenced Capital's Material Risk Takers", drawn up pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Legislative Decree of February 24, 1998, n. 58, and the same Remuneration report are also available to the public in the same manner described above.
