(the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of 6 November 2024, resolving, inter alia, upon the exercise of two separate delegation to increase the corporate capital granted by the Shareholders' Meeting on 24 September 2024 are available to the public at the company's registered office, the company's website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section) and on the "eMarket Storage" mechanism ().
