COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 27 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 20 and 24 it bought back 1,619,174 own shares at an average price of € 0.5724, for a total amount of € 926,891.23.
