Updated calendar of Corporate events in 2017

Postponed the approval of the 2016 annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements 2016

Cagliari, March 27, 2017 – The Board of Directors of Tiscali S.p.A (The "Company"), which met today, has decided to postpone the approval of the annual report as of December 31, 2016, according to the broader term of 180 days required by art. 2364 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, and according to the art. 7 of the Bylaws.

This is in order to complete the preparation of a new business plan for the years 2017-2021, which is an essential part of the annual report approval process, following the extraordinary operations recently completed (in particular the sale of the branch Tiscali Business to Fastweb) that involve a change in the profile and the scope of activities and new targets of the Tiscali Group.

The Board of Directors, in consideration of the above, resolved to meet within April 29 to approve the annual report of the Issuer and the consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2016.

The General Meeting of Shareholders, originally scheduled for April 28, 2017, will be delayed accordingly and will be held in date no later than 29 June 2017.

The exact dates of the Board and Shareholders' meetings to approve the annual report and the consolidated financial statements of the Company as of 31 December 2016, as well as any changes in the situation shown here, will be promptly communicated to the regulatory Authorities and the public in the manner prescribed by the laws and applicable regulations.
