Puchheim, November 12, 2024 – STEMMER IMAGING AG (ISIN DE000A2G9MZ9 / GSIN A2G9MZ ) announces today that the financial performance in the third quarter fell short of expectations.
The moderate economic recovery anticipated for the second half of 2024 has not yet materialized.
Due to high market uncertainty, a reliable assessment of future developments is currently not possible. For this reason, STEMMER IMAGING cannot either adjust or confirm its previous forecast for the 2024 fiscal year.
