Landi Renzo: filing of Annual Financial Statements as at December 31, 2016

We inform that today was made available for the public at the registered office, on the website www.landirenzogroup.com (Investors section) and on the authorized storage system (managed by Spafid S.p.A) the documentation indicated below:

• Annual Financial Statements as at December 31, 2016 (including: draft Company annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements as at December 31, 2016; the Directors' Report on operating performance; the statements in accordance with the article 154-bis, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998; 2016 Report on corporate governance and ownership structure; Reports of the Auditing Firm and Reports of the Board of Auditors);
• the Remuneration Report and the Financial statements of relevant foreign subsidiaries not based in the European Union prepared for the purpose of compiling the consolidated accounts, in accordance with the previsions of Article 36 of the Rules of the Markets.
