3 aprile 2017. Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – Con riferimento a quanto disposto dall'art. 144 – octies comma 2 del Regolamento Emittenti ed in relazione alla nomina del Collegio Sindacale di Exprivia SpA per gli esercizi 2017 - 2019 inserita al sesto punto all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 27 Aprile 2017 alle ore 11,00 in prima convocazione e occorrendo per il giorno 28 Aprile 2017 alle ore 11,00 in seconda convocazione presso la Sede Legale della Società, in Molfetta (BA), Via Adriano Olivetti n. 11, si rende noto che alla scadenza dei termini utili per il deposito delle liste (2 aprile 2017) non è stata depositata alcuna lista di minoranza per la nomina dei Sindaci.
In conformità a quanto stabilito dall'art. 144 – sexies comma 5 del Regolamento Emittenti e dall'art. 23 dello Statuto della Società, si informa che liste di minoranza per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale potranno essere depositate entro e non oltre il giorno 5 Aprile 2017 presso la sede legale di Exprivia (Via Adriano Olivetti 11 – 70056 – Molfetta BA), ovvero tramite posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo [email protected], da parte di soci che siano titolari, da soli ovvero unitamente ad altri soci, di una quota di partecipazione complessivamente pari ad almeno il 2,25% del Capitale Sociale.

Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - with reference to the provisions of art. 144 – octies comma 2 of "Regolamento Emittenti" and in relation to the appointment of the Statutory Auditors of Exprivia SpA for the period from year 2017 to 2019, as for the provision of the sixth item on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting of the 27 th April 2017 at 11:00 AM on first call and if necessary, of the 28th April 2017 at 11:00 AM, on second call, at the registered office of the Company, in Molfetta (BA ), Via Adriano Olivetti n .11, notice is hereby given that within the deadline for the submission of candidates lists (April 2, 2017 ) no minority list for the appointment of auditors has been filed.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 144 - sexies, comma 5 of "Regolamento Emittenti" and art. 23 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the company informs that minority lists for the appointment of Statutory Auditors may be filed no later than the 5 th April 5 2017 at the registered office of Exprivia Spa (Via Adriano Olivetti 11-70056 - Molfetta BA), or through certified electronic mail to the address [email protected], by shareholders who hold, either alone or together with other shareholders, a share of the total equity of at least 2.25% of the Share Capital.
