COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 3 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 27 and 31 it bought back 1,271,073 own shares at an average price of € 0.6025, for a total amount of € 765,847.18.
