GO internet records 39,155 customers in the 4G wireless business, +18% on 2016 Over 300 customers in the Fiber-To-The-Home business

Gubbio, 4 April 2017 – GO internet S.p.A. records 39,155 customers as of 31 March 2017 in the 4G wireless business, +18% on the same period in 2016. The Company records also 311 customers in the Fiber-To-The-Home business with the service recently launched in Perugia thanks to the agreement with Open Fiber.

"The Fiber-To-The-Home, ultrabroadband offer has been particularly appreciated by both consumers and enterprises thanks to a competitive price and to the excellent quality of the service with a speed that reaches 1 Gigabit per second. Since the launch in mid December 2016, we have reached over 300 customers in Perugia. We aim at increasing these results thanks to the expansion of Open Fiber's network. Open Fiber's plans allow us to look at new developments in other cities and in new regions. At the same time, we are strengthening our market position in Marche and Emilia Romagna thanks to the constant expansion of the LTE network. In the wireless segment we are ready to seize new opportunities to extend the business to new regions as well" said Flavio Ubaldi, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales of the Company.
