San Donato Milanese (Milan), April 5, 2017 - Saipem informs that the following documents are available at the Company's Registered Office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com under the section "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting", on Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and via the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism at :

• the 2016 Annual Report of Saipem S.p.A., containing the Consolidated and draft Statutory Financial Statements at December 31, 2016, the Directors' Report, the certification pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Reports by the Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors;
• the Corporate Governance and Shareholding Structure Report, pursuant to article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• the Remuneration Report, pursuant to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
