CIR: COFIDE PRESENTA LISTA PER IL CDA

Milano, 6 aprile 2017 - CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. rende noto che la società COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A., titolare di n. 363.771.164 azioni ordinarie CIR pari al 45,798% del capitale, è l'unico azionista ad aver presentato una lista per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione per gli esercizi 2017 – 2019, previsto in occasione dell'Assemblea ordinaria che si terrà il giorno 28 aprile 2017 alle ore 11 in seconda convocazione.

COFIDE, inoltre, ha comunicato che in Assemblea proporrà di fissare in 11 il numero dei componenti il Consiglio di Amministrazione, rispetto ai 13 amministratori attualmente in carica.

La lista riporta i seguenti candidati:

CIR: COFIDE PRESENTS LIST FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milan, April 6 2017 - CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that the company COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A., owner of 363,771,164 ordinary CIR shares equal to 45.798% of its share capital, is the only shareholder to have presented a list for the renewal of the Board of Directors for financial years 2017 – 2019 in view of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders that will be held on April 28 2017 at 11.00 at the second call.

COFIDE has also announced that at the AGM it will propose that the number of members of the Board of Directors be set at 11, compared to the 13 directors currently in office.

The list contains the following candidates:
