GRUPPO MONDO TV: deposito di documentazione in vista dell'assemblea del 29 aprile 2017

7 aprile 2017 - Facendo seguito alla convocazione dell'assemblea ordinaria dei soci per il giorno 29 aprile 2017 in unica convocazione, si rende noto che a completamento della documentazione predisposta in funzione della medesima assemblea sono disponibili presso la Sede Sociale di Mondo TV S.p.A., presso il sistema di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da SPAFID (eMarket Storage) e presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nonché sul sito Internet www.mondotv.it o www.mondo-tv.com sezione Investor Relations, le relazioni della società di revisione e dell'organo di controllo, unitamente ai bilanci di esercizio e consolidato, la relazione sulla corporate governance e gli assetti proprietari, la relazione sulla remunerazione. Con le stesse modalità è disponibile la lista dei candidati alla carica di membri del Collegio Sindacale presentata dal socio di maggioranza Orlando Corradi.

Si rammenta che i soci hanno facoltà di ottenere copia a proprie spese di tutta la documentazione a disposizione in vista della citata assemblea.

Si rammenta che sul sito Internet della Società sono già disponibili le informazioni sull'ammontare del capitale sociale di Mondo TV S.p.A. alla data di pubblicazione dell'avviso di convocazione della citata assemblea nonché un fac-simile del modulo di delega e la relazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno.

MONDO TV GROUP: Filing of documents for the ordinary shareholders meeting to be held on April 29, 2017

7 April 2017 – following to the calling of the ordinary shareholders' meeting on April 29 2017 in unique call, the company hereby informs that the set of documents to be made available for such meeting have been completed. The draft balance sheet of the holding company, the consolidated balance sheet, the Report of the Independent Auditors, the Report of the Statutory Auditors, the report on the corporate governance, the report on the remuneration are available at the company's registered office, as well as on the company's website (www.mondotv.it or www.mondo-tv.com, Investor relation section). The authorised deposit system managed by SPAFID (eMarket Storage) and Borsa Italiana S.p.A. website. The list of candidates to the office of statutory auditors filed by the majority shareholder Orlando Corradi is made available with the same modalities.

It is kindly reminded that the shareholders may obtain copy at their expenses of the documents made available for the above mentioned shareholders meeting.

The information on the company's capital at the date of the calling notice and a form for the meeting delegation together with the report on the agenda of the meeting were already made available on the company's website.
