COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 10 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 3 and 7 it bought back 1,399,146 own shares at an average price of € 0.6424, for a total amount of € 898,762.96.
