ENEL PUBLISHES 2016 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Rome, April 11 th, 2017 – The annual financial report for the financial year 2016 – including Enel S.p.A.'s draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements of Enel Group for the year ending December 31st, 2016, together with the relevant management report and the certifications pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree February 24th, 1998, No. 58 ("Consolidated Financial Act") – is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on its website (www.enel.com), as well as on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().

With the same modalities are available to the public:

• The reports of the external auditors of Enel S.p.A. on the draft financial statements of Enel S.p.A. and on the consolidated financial statements of Enel Group for the year ending December 31st , 2016;
• The report of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Enel S.p.A. pursuant to article 153 of the Consolidated Financial Act;
• The report on corporate governance and ownership structure of Enel S.p.A. for the year 2016.
