Saipem: disponibili bilanci e prospetti riepilogativi delle società controllate e collegate
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 12 aprile 2017 - Saipem informa che sono a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede sociale, i bilanci ed i prospetti riepilogativi delle società controllate e collegate, ai sensi dell'art. 2429 del Codice Civile, unitamente alle situazioni contabili delle società controllate extra-UE predisposte ai fini della redazione del bilancio consolidato di Saipem S.p.A. al 31 dicembre 2016 , ai sensi dell'art. 36, comma a), del Regolamento Consob n. 16191/07 – "Regolamento Mercati".

San Donato Milanese (Milan), April 12, 2017 - Saipem informs that, pursuant to art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, summary documents concerning the 2016 Financial Statements of Saipem Group companies are available at the Company's Registered Office, together with the Financial Statements of non-EU subsidiaries, prepared for the purposes of drafting the Consolidated Financial Statement of Saipem S.p.A. as at December 31, 2016 (article 36, paragraph a), of Consob Regulation n. 16191/07 – "Markets Regulations").
