CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 14 aprile 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 10 al 13 aprile n. 194.835 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,4413 per un controvalore complessivo di € 280.809,14.

Milan, April 14 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 10 and 13 it bought back 194,835 own shares at an average price of € 1.4413, for a total amount of € 280,809.14.
