Trieste – We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to 1,561,808,262.00 euro due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the Long Term Incentive Plan adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on April 30th, 2014.
Indeed, the inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on April 20th, 2017 with the Company's Register of Trieste.
Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1,561,808,262 ordinary shares of 1.00 euro each (par value).
