COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 24 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 18 and 21 it bought back 278,472 own shares at an average price of € 0.6702, for a total amount of € 186,626.89.
