COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 28 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 24 and 28 it bought back 364,584 own shares at an average price of € 0.7005, for a total amount of € 255,396.11.
