CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 8 maggio 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 2 al 5 maggio n. 254.873 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,4917 per un controvalore complessivo di € 380.192,89.

Milan, May 8 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 2 and 5 it bought back 254,873 own shares at an average price of € 1.4917, for a total amount of € 380,192.89.
