COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 8 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 2 and 5 it bought back 312,796 own shares at an average price of € 0.6688, for a total amount of € 209,192.36.
