9 maggio 2017 – Facendo seguito al comunicato dello scorso 4 maggio 2017, Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che sono state emesse n. 359.571 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data di oggi. In particolare, tali nuove azioni sono state emesse a seguito della ricezione in data 4 maggio 2017 di richieste di conversione da parte di Pelham Bay di sei dei bond emessi in data 10 marzo 2017 nell'ambito della seconda tranche (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
L'attestazione dell'avvenuta (parziale) esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a servizio della conversione dei predetti bond sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma nei termini e modalità di legge.
In conseguenza di quanto sopra, il capitale sociale risulterà essere pari a Euro 14.730.622,00 suddiviso in 29.461.244 azioni ordinarie.
Si rammenta infine che non residuano ulteriori Bond da convertire in base alla seconda tranche mentre rimane interamente da convertire la terza tranche costituita da 18 Bond.

9 May 2017 – Following to the press release dated last 4 May 2017, Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that 359.571 ordinary shares for Euros 0.50 nominal value have been issued. The new shares have the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date hereof. More in detail, the new shares have been issued upon receipt last 4 May 2017 by Mondo TV of conversion notices from Pelham Bay of six of the bonds issued on 10 March 2017 within the second tranche (see the press release issued on the same date).
The filing with the Company' Register in Rome of the relevant (partial) capital increase declaration will be performed in accordance with the modalities and within the terms set forth by the law.
The company's capital will result to be Euros 14,730,622.00 made of 29,461,244 ordinary shares.
It is highlighted that no more bonds of the second tranche remain to be converted, and the third tranche made of 18 bonds is all outstanding.
