SAIPEM: Pubblicazione del verbale di Assemblea Straordinaria e Statuto Sociale

San Donato Milanese (Milano), 11 maggio 2017 – Saipem informa che sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com - sezione "Governance – Assemblea degli Azionisti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () i seguenti documenti iscritti al Registro delle Imprese il 10 maggio 2017:

• il verbale di Assemblea (parte straordinaria), tenutasi il 28 aprile 2017,
• lo Statuto sociale aggiornato, a seguito delle delibere della predetta assemblea straordinaria, come segue: articolo 7 (effetti della qualità di socio), articolo 12 (Assemblea in unica convocazione), articoli 19 e 21 ultimo comma (riferimento alla attività di direzione e coordinamento), articolo 22 (riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per teleconferenza) e articolo 27 (nomina del Presidente del Collegio Sindacale).

SAIPEM: Publication of the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting and revised Articles of Association

San Donato Milanese (Milan), May 11, 2017 – Saipem informs that the following documents are available at the Company's registered office, or they can be downloaded from the Company's website www.saipem.com, under the section " Governance – Shareholders' Meeting", from Borsa Italiana's website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and from the authorised storage facility "eMarket STORAGE" (), lodged with the Companies' Register on May 10th, 2017:

• the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Saipem S.p.A., held on April 28, 2017,
• the revised Articles of Association, as amended in accordance with the resolutions taken by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 28, 2017, as follows: article 7 (shareholder capacity), article 12 (Shareholders' Meeting, single call), article 19 and 21 last paragraph (reference to direction and co-ordination), article 22 (Board of Directors' meetings held via tele-conference link) and article 27 (appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors).
