Notice is hereby given that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of FinecoBank of 11 April 2017 and the new text of the Articles of Association, amended to Article 5 following the approval by the abovementioned extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting, were made public today at the Company's registered office, on the Company' web site www.finecobank.com, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. www.borsaitaliana.it and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. . This is in accordance with regulations in force.
