Orlando Corradi dichiara "sono tornato sul mercato ad acquistare ulteriori azioni della Mondo TV in quanto alla luce dei risultati trimestrali credo nel futuro di crescita del gruppo"

19 maggio 2017 – Come emerge dal filing model pubblicato in data odierna in ossequio alla normativa vigente in materia di c.d. Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Mondo TV e socio di maggioranza della medesima, comunica di aver acquistato in data odierna 15.000 azioni della Mondo TV, ad un prezzo medio di circa Euro 4,2551 per un investimento complessivo di oltre Euro 60.000.

Unitamente alla dichiarazione di acquisto, il socio di maggioranza e Presidente del CdA, Orlando Corradi, ha comunicato alla Società la seguente dichiarazione: "sono tornato sul mercato ad acquistare ulteriori azioni della Mondo TV in quanto alla luce dei risultati trimestrali credo nel futuro di crescita del gruppo".

Orlando Corradi stated: "I was back on the market to buy further Mondo TV shares because I think that in the light of the quarterly results I believe in a growing future for the group"

19 May 2017 – As it emerges from the filing models published pursuant to the applicable laws on Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, President of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, informed to have purchased today 15.000 shares of Mondo TV, at an average price of around Euros 4,2551 for a total investment higher than Euros 60.000.

Together with the acquisition statement model, Orlando Corradi, President and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, communicated to the company the following statement: "I was back on the market to buy further Mondo TV shares because I think that in the light of the quarterly results I believe in a growing future for the group"
