Disclosure of Solvency and Financial Condition Report

Trieste – In accordance with Solvency II regulation, insurance and reinsurance undertakings belonging to the Generali Group, shall publish their Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) within May 22nd 2017. Information on the most material insurance companies of the Group, including SFCR and all the public Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRT) can be found on Generali website, at www.generali.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/report-archive#20161 .
