CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 22 maggio 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 15 al 19 maggio n. 385.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,3819 per un controvalore complessivo di € 532.025,90.

CIR: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 22 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 15 and 19 it bought back 385,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.3819, for a total amount of € 532,025.90.
