Firenze, May 29th 2017 – Notice hereby is given that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting occurred on May, 15th 2017 is now available to the public at the company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., on the company web site www.elengroup.com (section: "Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' meeting documents / Assemblea ordinaria 27 aprile 2017 – 15 maggio 2017") and on authorized storage website .

Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
