Cagliari, June 1 2017
The Company announces that following a reorganization which, amongst others, involved the administrative direction, following the merger of responsibilities and functions, the Manager responsible for the Draft of the Company's financial reports was dismissed from his duties. Thus, this post is currently open.
Pending the substitution of this office, this responsibility was given in the hands of the CEO, Riccardo Ruggiero.
The Board of Directors will appoint, in compliance with the law in force, the new Manager in Charge of drafting the company's accounting documents of Tiscali S.p.A. at the first possible Board meeting.
