BORSA ITALIANA AMMETTE LU-VE AL MTA

Uboldo, 12 giugno 2017 – LU-VE S.p.A. (la "Società") comunica che in data odierna Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana") ha disposto l'ammissione alla quotazione delle azioni ordinarie della Società per la negoziazione sul Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA"), organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana e la loro contestuale esclusione dalle negoziazioni sul sistema multilaterale di negoziazione AIM/Mercato Alternativo del Capitale ("AIM") organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana.

L'inizio delle negoziazioni delle azioni ordinarie della Società sul MTA e la contestuale esclusione delle negoziazioni sull'AIM saranno stabilite da Borsa Italiana con successivo avviso, subordinatamente al rilascio da parte di Consob del nulla osta alla pubblicazione del prospetto informativo.
