NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF THE AMENDED COMPANY'S BY- LAWS

Trieste, June 14, 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company") informs that the new text of the Company's By-laws, also highlighting the amendments approved by the extraordinary Shareholders' meeting held on May 19, 2017, is available to the public as well at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section "Governance – Corporate Governance Overview" and on the website of the mechanism for the centralized storage of regulated information denominated eMarket STORAGE ().
