NULLA OSTA ALLA PUBBLICAZIONE DEL PROSPETTO INFORMATIVO LU-VE

Uboldo, 16 giugno 2017 – LU-VE S.p.A. (la "Società") comunica che in data odierna Consob ha rilasciato l'autorizzazione alla pubblicazione del prospetto informativo relativo all'ammissione alla quotazione delle azioni ordinarie della Società per la negoziazione sul Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA"), organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Copia cartacea del Prospetto Informativo sarà a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede amministrativa della Società in Uboldo (Varese), via Caduti della Liberazione n. 53, nonché sul sito internet della Società www.luvegroup.com, sezione "Investor Relations" – "Quotazione MTA 2017".
