Milan, 20 June 2017. Fiera Milano S.p.A. announces that the Milan Court – Prevention Court Independent Section - has today revoked the Judicial Administration Order relating to its subsidiary, Nolostand.
The revocation of the provision was made possible as a result of the consistent efforts, carried out in collaboration with the Judicial Administrator, with regard to Organisational model under Legislative Decree n. 231/01 and the new Supervisory Body, the adoption of Group procedures, contractual models and management of suppliers.
The hearing relating to the Judicial Administration Order regarding Fiera Milano, with specific reference to the exhibition stand fitting division of the Company, is scheduled for the 28 September 2017. The Company will continue in the meantime to complete all of the initiatives undertaken to optimise, correct and introduce new rules in order to implement a more effective and secure management of activities, based on the introduction of new operating models and procedures, which represent a break with historical practices.
