CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 26 giugno 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 19 al 23 giugno n. 168.389 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,3392 per un controvalore complessivo di € 225.501,14.

Milan, June 26 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 19 and 23 it bought back 168,389 own shares at an average price of € 1.3392, for a total amount of € 225,501.14.
