COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 26 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 19 and 23 it bought back 247,715 own shares at an average price of € 0.6199, for a total amount of € 153,561.26.
