San Donato Milanese (Milano), 27 giugno 2017 - Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") ha deliberato in data odierna il rinnovo per un anno del programma di emissioni di prestiti obbligazionari non convertibili denominato Euro Medium Term Notes Programme (il "Programma EMTN"), originariamente deliberato in data 27 aprile 2016 ed in scadenza nel prossimo mese di luglio, incrementando l'importo massimo delle obbligazioni del Programma EMTN a complessivi Euro 3.000 milioni (di cui Euro 1.500 milioni già emessi).
Il rinnovo del Programma EMTN consentirà alla società di minimizzare il tempo necessario per cogliere opportunità di finanziamento offerte dal mercato dei capitali e da investitori istituzionali attraverso la futura emissione di obbligazioni.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha rinviato a successive delibere l'approvazione delle singole emissioni di titoli nell'ambito del Programma EMTN ai sensi dell'art. 2410 del Codice Civile, nonché la definizione di termini, durata e condizioni e quanto occorrer possa ai fini dell'emissione e del collocamento delle stesse.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 27 June, 2017 - The Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. (the "Company") approved today the renewal for one year of the programme for the issuance of non-convertible notes, the Euro Medium Term Notes Programme (EMTN Programme), which was originally approved on April 27, 2016 and was due to expire in July 2017. The Board of Directors also increased the total maximum amount of the EMTN Programme to €3,000 million (of which €1,500 million already issued).
The renewal of the EMTN Programme will allow the company to take prompt advantage of the funding opportunities provided by the capital markets and institutional investors through the future issuance of notes.
The Board of Directors reserved the right to approve any future issuance of notes under the EMTN Programme in compliance with art. 2410 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as their relevant terms, conditions, duration and any other action necessary for their issuance and listing.
