Integration of the Press Release "PR Board 27_6_17 - Reserved Capital Increase"

Cagliari June 28, 2017- In addition to what was announced on June 27, 2017, pursuant to Regulations for Transactions with Related Parties adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 17221 of 12.3.2010 and following edits ("Regulations"), the Company specifies that the proposed reserved capital increase is an operation with related parties of greater importance as one of the parties which is reserved for the capital increase is Powerboom Investment Limited which, by virtue of securities lending agreements and repurchase agreement, issues voting directives for a total amount of shares equal to 16,255% of the Company's share capital.

The transaction was approved in accordance with the procedures in force with respect to the operations of such type and the Company will make available to the public under the terms of the law the Information document prepared in accordance with art. 5 of the Regulations
