CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 3 luglio 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 26 al 30 giugno n. 185.071 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2840 per un controvalore complessivo di € 237.636,28.

Milan, July 3 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 26 and 30 it bought back 185,071 own shares at an average price of € 1.2840, for a total amount of € 237,636.28.
