Roma, 3 luglio 2017 – Con riferimento al Comunicato diffuso in data 2 giugno 2017, Avio S.p.A. precisa che il Rapporto di Esercizio dei Market Warrant viene approssimato all'11esima cifra decimale, risultando pertanto pari a 0,271317182946.

CLARIFICATIONS CONCERNING THE EXERCISE RATIO OF AVIO S.P.A. MARKET WARRANTS

Rome, 3 July 2017 – As far as the Press Release issued on 2 June 2017 is concerned, Avio S.p.A. clarifies that the Exercise Ratio of Avio Market Warrants is rounded at the 11th decimal place, thus being 0.27131782946.
