Il contratto rappresenta l'acquisizione di un nuovo cliente per la Mondo TV

6 luglio 2017 –Mondo TV S.p.A. annuncia di aver sottoscritto un nuovo contratto di licenza con la società Lux Communication di Bratislava, operatore nel settore televisivo in Slovacchia, per diversi programmi della library classica Mondo TV. Con il suddetto contratto Lux Communication ha acquistato in licenza i diritti c.d. Free-TV nel suddetto territorio sui programmi licenziati per un periodo di cinque anni in via non esclusiva.

Il contratto prevede il pagamento di un corrispettivo di licenza fisso (c.d. flat fee) interessante considerata l'area e la circostanza che si tratta di programmi della library classica, ma ciò che risulta più rilevante è che questo contratto segna l'acquisizione di un nuovo cliente in un territorio ancora poco sfruttato per il gruppo Mondo TV.

Mondo TV executed with Lux Communication a license agreement for several classic library programs of Mondo TV in Slovakia

The agreement marks the acquisition of a new client for Mondo TV

6 July 2017 –Mondo TV S.p.A. informs to have executed a new license agreement with the Bratislava company Lux Communication, a TV operator in Slovakia, for several programs of the Mondo TV's classic library. By the agreement, Lux Communication was licensed with the Free-TV rights on the licensed programs for a period of five years without exclusivity in the above territory.

The agreement sets forth the payment of a license flat fee in an amount interesting considering the area and the circumstance that the licensed programs belong to the classic library, but what is more significant is that this agreement marks the acquisition of a new client in a territory yet not exploited by the group Mondo TV.

Mondo TV, listed in the Star segment of Borsa Italiana, has its registered office in Rome and is a Group made up of four companies; the Group is a leader in Italy and among the primary European operators in the production and distribution of television series and cartoon films for TV and the cinema, and is active in the related sectors (audiovisual and musical distribution, licensing, media, publishing and merchandising).
