SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 20 JULY 2017 – FILING THE NOMINATION AS DIRECTOR

With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting convened on 20 July 2017, concerning the appointment of a director to supplement the Board of Directors, please note that today the shareholder Giuseppe Saleri S.a.p.A., holder of 3,543,313 shares, equal to 30.72% of the share capital, filed the nomination of Mr. Pietro Iotti.

The nomination submitted by Giuseppe Saleri S.a.p.A., accompanied by the declaration accepting the nomination and the appointment to the office of director, by the curriculum vitae and by the list of offices held in other companies, is available to the public at the registered office and in the Investor Relations section, Shareholders' meetings, of the company's website www.sabaf.it.
