COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, July 10 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between July 3 and 7 it bought back 177,010 own shares at an average price of € 0.5707, for a total amount of € 101,023.42.
