DIVIDENDS' PAYMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR AT MARCH 31, 2017

Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), July 20, 2017 - Shareholders are also informed that the financial statement at March 31, 2017 have been approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 20, 2017 and, in compliance with the approved resolution, starting from July 26, 2017 (record date July 25, 2017) shall be payable the dividend for the financial year at March 31, 2017 for an amount of Euro 0.04 per share, with coupon detachment N. 10, on July 24, 2017. Shareholders may collect the dividend, gross or net of tax, depending on the applicable tax regime, exclusively through their intermediaries. The Shareholders' Meeting Minutes will be made available to the public in the terms pursuant to the law at the registered office, on the Company's internet website www.piquadro.com and on the authorized storage device of Spafid Connect S.p.A. at the address .
